Aboriginal tourism is uniquely Australian and is becoming increasingly popular with international visitors.
Tourism NSW aims to encourage Aboriginal people to actively and directly contribute to a vibrant NSW tourism and hospitality industry as employees, business operators and providers of sustainable Indigenous cultural experiences.
To support this objective, Tourism NSW offers two tools for working with Aboriginal markets.
This Manual was developed by Tourism Australia with assistance from the State and Territory Tourism Organisations, to showcase key Aboriginal products and experiences which are able to work with the tourism industry. The Manual represents a range of authentic Indigenous tourism product for visitors from Australia and overseas to experience.
