Tourism NSW received 224 offers from NSW accommodation, attractions, tours and hire organisations for its October School Holiday Promotion which is in market in September 2009.

Following the success of previous family holiday promotions, Tourism NSW arranged the October School Holiday Promotion to drive family travel to regional NSW during the October school holiday period. Regional NSW tourism businesses are participating in the promotion free of charge by providing offers for Tourism NSW’s website www.visitnsw.com/family.

The October School Holiday Promotion includes:

A range of print advertising in The Daily Telegraph
A feature in the Escape section of The Sunday Telegraph and a print ad in the Holiday Fun Guide in The Sunday Telegraph
NSW logo and the prompt For great holiday deals, visitnsw.com/family on the page two index and weather page of The Daily Telegraph
Electronic direct mail to Holidays with Kids and Out and About with Kids subscribers
Display advertising on News Digital Family Fun Guide
Public relations activities
Search engine marketing.
