
Executive Director and General Manager
Lyndel Gray is the Executive Director and General Manager, Tourism NSW. Lyndel is responsible for the marketing and development of Sydney and NSW as major tourist destinations domestically and internationally.
Lyndel has held a number of senior management roles at Tourism NSW, most recently Chief Operating Officer and Director of Marketing, as well as Director of Strategic Operations and Group Manager of Destination Marketing.
Lyndel has 17 years experience in tourism marketing, including as Executive General Manager, Western Hemisphere for the Australian Tourist Commission.
Director, Visit Sydney
Christopher Gough commenced in the role of Director, Visit Sydney on 6 July 2009. Christopher has an outstanding track record in tourism and marketing with strong commercial acumen and a partnership focus. He was formerly General Manager, Marketing and Sales at BridgeClimb. Christopher has previously held senior marketing roles with Telstra, McDonald’s and Western Plains/Taronga Zoo.
Director, Marketing and Communications
Justine Cooper is the Director, Marketing and Communications. Justine held the role of Acting Director, Marketing at Tourism NSW from June 2008 to May 2009 managing the global marketing strategy for Sydney and NSW including the appointment of Singleton, Ogilvy and Mather. She has worked at Tourism NSW in the roles of Group Manager, National Markets and Manager, Advertising. Justine has had more than 20 years experience in marketing and communications both within Australia and internationally in the private and public sectors.
Director, Strategy and Alliances
Dominica Nelson is the Director, Strategy and Alliances. Dominica has worked at Tourism NSW in the role of Director, Corporate Affairs including playing a key role in the development of the NSW Tourism Strategy. She has also held the role of Acting Director, Strategic Operations. Dominica has had an extensive career spanning more than 15 years in communication and government relations in senior roles in Government and non-Government sectors.
Director, Regional Tourism
Andrew Sargant is Acting Director, Regional Tourism. Andrew has worked at Tourism NSW since August last year in Marketing and Communications. He has had an extensive career in marketing with previous roles including Managing Director of advertising agency Young and Rubicam.
