
The campaign will showcase Regional NSW and Greater Western Sydney to encourage event organisers and meeting planners to choose facilities and accommodation in Regional NSW. The campaign will aim to make businesses of all sizes more aware of the diverse, accessible and affordable options offered by regional conference and event venues.

The campaign will also include a series of electronic direct marketing (EDM) activities. The EDMs will be sent to a targeted database of 5,000 meeting planners and conference organisers.
Each EDM will focus on one region and will contain generic conferencing information relating to the region along with the ability for the recipient to click through to find further detail on the product located within that region. The EDMs are scheduled to be sent once a month and will continue from August through to March 2010.
